Ratings and reviews

It worked great the first month it updated about every 15 minutes. Now I've had it for 7 months, it updates once every 6 hours. My dog could be dead in that time. There is no page that you can actually work on to recalibrate the tag so that it updates more often there's really nothing you can do with it other than throw it away and get something new.

This app is trash! Doesn't locate correctly. It shows both of my pets are 20 miles away when they are right beside me. It hasn't worked correctly since I bought it. It's showing my cat is in 3 different locations all at once.

This tag/app worked for about 7 months on my android; I actually was able to track my cat a couple of times when I couldn't find her. But now the app stopped connecting to the tracker and is stuck on a location she was at a month ago. I can't re-pair them to activate a current location. Wondering if battery is dead? Also would like to have a cat icon included in the animals. Since this app does not have a subscription cost and the device cost is reasonable I will purchase another device.
