The app is very user-friendly and it's interface makes the process and navigate easy. Customer care is also very good when contacting them for questions and with quick answers. I only have a complementary insurance with them.

The app is always stuck...bagging...But the Ux is 4*. It needs some small improvements to be like every other app. And if GM needs it to be more than an app they need to rethink how we use it.

Would like to have the possibility for a comprehensive list of request and reimbursements, and better image processing capabilities (brightness, contrast)for the scanned documents
