It is a little confusing to use. You take the pic IN THE APP, then have to PAY $$ to download it from the app. The payment is about the same amount as going to take the photo at Walgreens. Yes, it is convenient and you can choose a good photo, but it doesn't save you money. I paid to download the 4x6. It printed nicely at the store and was accepted for the passport.

I was very impressed initially with ease of getting my passport photo prepared for submission. However, the photo was rejected during my passport renewal process for wearing glasses, which I was not! At my age I do have bags and circles under my eyes which the passport application screening scanner interpreted as eye glasses! I used my own editing app to erase those circles, and my edits were finally accepted. Nonetheless, I am disappointed that your service did not spot the issue and fix it.

So much better than Walgreens. Had the young man take my photo, with a cheap camera, poor, stark lighting making for a very bad photo and not very representative of my likeness, especially for such an important and long-term document as a passport. He didn't let me see them first, just charged me and then I saw the problem. This app was terrific, fast and easy. I feel very confident about this photo.
