Made me pay for the photos. Which is fine. But they weren't good enough quality so in the email it said I could give them another one for free. But when I clicked on that link it took me to a "checkout" page and wouldn't let me change the picture. They wanted to trick me into paying twice. Oh and I want my money back since I couldn't use the photos I paid for

I needed a passport photo, and wanted to submit it digitally with my application. I tried submitting what the service provided, but it was rejected. I contacted customer service, providing the exact reason for the rejection. They responded almost immediately, and after a little back and forth they provided a photo that was accepted. I cannot recommend this service highly enough, as the customer service I received was incredibly quick and on point!

This app is good for seeing if your passport photo you took at home will pass, but that's the extent of it. Don't try and do any printing services with them, it's a scam. My photos never got sent to Walgreens, and the photo center associate said that 3rd party services never go through, so I paid twice for my passport photos. When I emailed PhotoAid about the situation, they said I couldn't get a refund.
