It is a little confusing to use. You take the pic IN THE APP, then have to PAY $$ to download it from the app. The payment is about the same amount as going to take the photo at Walgreens. Yes, it is convenient and you can choose a good photo, but it doesn't save you money. I paid to download the 4x6. It printed nicely at the store and was accepted for the passport.

Stay away from this app. Their 'professional' approval and review of my passport photo. was ultimately rejected by the Department of State. Now, I can no longer upload a digital photo. at this point of the Passport renewal process. I have to physically send in a new one and incur additional charges. They offered me a refund that can take 14 days. What a joke!

This app is super intuitive and easy to use. Really loved the image outline and the AI removal of the background. The image outline made it super easy to center and align the headshot. The review process was amazingly fast. Much more convenient than having to go to the local Pharmacy photo department. I very much recommend this app.
