Easy peasy app. It installed very quickly and I was taking my photo right away. I have a medical condition that affects my posture so it guided me to retake a photo with my head as straight as possible. My photo was then further edited by a human and then they emailed me my corrected photo. I was able to submit this photo online with my passport application with no issues whatsoever. It's so rare when an app does exactly what it's supposed to do with no issues or annoying ads. This was great!

Stay away from this app. Their 'professional' approval and review of my passport photo. was ultimately rejected by the Department of State. Now, I can no longer upload a digital photo. at this point of the Passport renewal process. I have to physically send in a new one and incur additional charges. They offered me a refund that can take 14 days. What a joke!

It is a little confusing to use. You take the pic IN THE APP, then have to PAY $$ to download it from the app. The payment is about the same amount as going to take the photo at Walgreens. Yes, it is convenient and you can choose a good photo, but it doesn't save you money. I paid to download the 4x6. It printed nicely at the store and was accepted for the passport.
