The app didn't work, and they do NOT give refunds. Template did not work at Walgreens, I needed my pictures on a specific day to have them ready for my appointment at the passport office. The app says you can print out your pictures on photo paper. I attempted to print them out on commercial grade printers and they just came out black. To avoid missing my appointment I took my photos at FedEx which cost an additional $17. I needed the pictures at the time I bought them. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So much better than Walgreens. Had the young man take my photo, with a cheap camera, poor, stark lighting making for a very bad photo and not very representative of my likeness, especially for such an important and long-term document as a passport. He didn't let me see them first, just charged me and then I saw the problem. This app was terrific, fast and easy. I feel very confident about this photo.

It would be nice to see the final edit of the photo before purchasing. My original photo kind of cut off at the shoulders. When they edited it, they added huge shoulders that looked unnatural on my body. I was able to contact them, and they did get back to me promptly and sent me an edit, making my shoulders smaller. However, it's for a passport. it's not supposed to be altered. Also the photos arrived very pale. the coloring is off. I'm quite disappointed.
