This would be a decent app if not for the glitch of constantly having to re-download it to get it to pay out and they NEVER respond to you about these issues!!!! I have lost progress and money on games that I have invested in due to this!! This is very poor management on their part!!! Yes I have collected. Twice. But it's really beginning to not be worth the headache!!! So all I can say is play with caution!! They HAVE NOT paid any points out in months!!! This is added as of 5/8/2022.

So this was a five star app for me, I loved it! Then they made changes, I had trouble getting paid for some surveys and the customer service was excellent and got me paid eventually. Now I am not being credited for any game I play. When I check the icon for points earned it says everything was from two months ago. So I haven't received credit for any game time since the last time I cashed out. I've updated, cleared the cache, cleared the storage, and now uninstalled and reinstalled. Uninstalled

I really liked the app when I first downloaded it. I spent a lot of time playing games and got my payouts without issue, but for the past two weeks the apps I've been using to gain coins have stopped "collecting" and I've been stuck. I sent an email through the help section a week ago and haven't heard back. I'm nervous to uninstall and redownload because I don't want to lose my points but I may have to try it...
