Ratings and reviews

the app really isn't much of an app. it mostly redirects you to the website which is slow. logs you out all the time. Missing basic features like quickly being able to filter to locations that still have open reservation slots. sea ching map takes you out of map into countries description card. really a poorly put together app.

The app is pretty slow and most parts have slow responsiveness. The expo map for example is really luggy and not satisfying to navigate. Also, many parts are not implemented within the app, it only opens the link for the webpage, which takes away the point of having the app. You can't even access your tickets within the app. Considering the size of the event, a better app could have been made.

Updated rating from 1 to 3 stars since developer has added more info and features for the past 1 year. Still lots of areas to improve: 1) make it simpler for log in (e.g., stay logged in) 2) allow ticket viewing and reservation directly from the app rather than directing to app 3) smoother map navigation

What’s new

Display in Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, and French are now available. In addition to previous support of Japanese and English, we now support a total of 6 languages.
