Effective A pull up is suppose to be done strict. No swinging, knee jerks, just controlled up and down. Squeeze at the top! Focus!
Great app I could only do three chinups and in a week or two i could do 8😃 this app is great cant wait to do 20 chinups☺
Not for the casual... Love this app, but be prepared to work your @ss off.
I recomend this app for everyone who wants to build upper body strengt! Very simple app and great motivation
Pull ups If you have a small gym or can not lift heavy weight it does not help legs , also not too easy to use daily
Keeps me motivated to see the changes in my body...completed up to level 3 day 5. No intentions of stopping now!
