I have had several issues making payments.

Never lets you log in even when using the password they give you. or it pops up and says there's an issue on our end try again later.

The app works on my old phone. Just buffers on my current phone. I have to keep my older cell available just to log in and make my payments. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but it does the same thing.
