It is very easy to message the office for routine requests to approve refills for meds. It is easier than calling, being put on hold, leaving a message to speak with the medical assistant about a concern or question, then waiting for that return call. If you miss the return call, you have to start all over. The message system seems more efficient.

Takes forever to load. When it does u try to schedule an appointment and click on a time, then click back, instead of taking u back to the available times, it takes you back to the main screen so u have to start all over again trying to schedule or reschedule an appointment. When u finally find a time and click to schedule it, a heart pops up and app crashes. I go back in the app and see my appointment was never scheduled. It not my device or network, Samsung s25 ultra ATT Fiber. Awful app.

I used to be able to make appointments, etc with my cardiologist. Now my cardiologist doesn't even show as a provider anymore and I have to waste time trying to make appointments and other things over the phone. Has gone from something easy using the app to waiting an hour or more on the phone.
