Excellent! The only way to super geek your phone. All my programs from the real calculator work fine. Tried on a Kindle fire and SGS3. Update: Not working too well on my htc one m8. Crashing lots - hope we can get this great program up and running again
Good emulation, needs some debugging I love my old HP48GX, but I find I use this almost as much because my phone is always with me. Unfortunately, it seems to have regressed a bit lately. It is keeping the phone awake, even after you close it. I have had it drain battery unknowingly due to this until I saw it at the top of the list in wake lock detector. I can work around it, but this is a potential problem.
48!! Got my kids HP48's /LIB card when they were in high school - got used to RPN still like it! Thanks!
RPN user This is not free inop pos. There are much more honest app providers. I dumped it and rate one to get the message out
Needs an update, but a great app. I've used Droid48 for a couple of years and like it even better than my old HP 48. Since updating to Android 5.0 I have been experiencing freezes during keyboard entry, never a problem before. One minor annoyance is that when one rotates the device to landscape (intentionally or not), the stack is cleared and one has to re-enter anything in progress.
HP RPN cals were the best I still think the RPN system, is the best way to do cals. I had one at uni and used it extensively until it was stolen (if you read this you can still give it back, please). This app is almost like the real thing, the only thing it is missing is the feeling of a real HP keyboard.
- You can donate if you like the app!
- Freezing should occurs less, I'm still working on the issue
- Minimal screen is accessible again with a single touch !
- Menu is then accessible on the right side of the LCD screen ("3 dots" appearing on top right, at each app launch)
Simple calculator with complete history (virtual tape, a.k.a. ticker tape style)
