Good app I only have one complaint: after paying bills there is no link or button to go back to accounts or the main menu. Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm pretty confident that if I am, it's because it's not showing up on my screen.
Angry member Everytime I try to log on to the app it tells me it has stopped working. After I back out and go back into it, it takes forever to load. I am very dissapointed with the app. I even set it up to text my balance and it doesn't work. 😡
I dislike the app. Not friendly user. Every time I'm in mobile bill pay, submit a payment I can't go back to the main account screen. I'd have to close out the screen completely then relogin. It's such a hassel. My first impression is not so good.
They shut everything down all weekend to "update" and it's worse than it was. Never logs in on the first run, it dreezes and has to be restarted every time. It takes days for things to process and reflect on the balance. And you have to click on each individual charge to see where it was from. Everything says "point of sale."
It's alright When I first put on my password it says loading after waiting a bit it never loads I back out of it reenter my password and it works. It's a pain to have to log in twice. Other than that it works good. I can deposit checks, transfer funds etc. I rely heavily on the app as we no longer live in arkansas. Going to the bank is not an option for us.
It's like the credit union went out of their way to create the worst app ever. 1/10 logins actually lets me into my account. every other time it just shuts down the app or it keeps telling me incorrect password, despite that very same password works when I use the computer to login. I am eagerly anticipating the day when I can finally be done with the credit union, and it's because of shoddy things like this that routinely happen.
