I very well could be doing something wrong. When I open the app, I am asked for my first and last name, zip code, and personal email (or phone number but I opted to use email). After clicking submit, I see a bar pop up that says searching on the bottom. Then nothing. Nothing happens. Nothing to let me know if the search was successful or not. Just nothing other than the "searching" bar disappears. Any ideas to get this to work?

Looks like there has been the same issue for over a year. I've attempted to log for multiple days now and still the same error message. Are y'all even attempting to manage this app at this point? Is there a way to find out what our membership number is on the website instead of this app?

When I first installed it, it was exactly what I needed. Clean, effective and easy to access. But something happened and now I can't get it to open past the initial " Blue spinning whale on a white background" page. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, including turning my phone completely off between.
