It keeps saying wrong password, so I changed the password and it says that password is wrong also. This is repeated over and over and over again. 4-5 months now. I have to call the doctor to confirm all my appointments. I can't see test results and they can't tell me what they are do to privacy laws. Terrible app.

Useless. Works for one adult account but if you have a minor, forget it. Can't link accounts. Called their support line, they couldn't figure it out. Called the hospital, they couldn't figure it out. Everyone points fingers at someone else. Nothing gets resolved. No one cares enough to fix the problem. It really shouldn't be this complicated to handle a minor's records.

can't communicate through messages and appointments. the app does not like my input and consistently tells me that there's an error when nothing is given, in the drop down menu to choose from , and I must fill in the blanks myself
