An integrated digital platform 'Hayatul Ulaya Exam Management System (HEMS)' has been developed by Al-Hayatul Ulaya Lil-Jami'Atil Qawmia Bangladesh, the coordinating organization of Qawmi Madrasa Boards, to manage the overall activities of Dawarae Hadith (Takmeel) examination of Masters equivalent across the country. Through automation of various activities of Al-Hayatul Ulaya Examination Department, including proper coordination between the six Qawmi Madrasa Boards nationwide, formulation of quality standardized curriculum, coordination between the Boards and Madrasas, ensuring quality of education, organizing central examinations and issuing certificates, this platform is used for Dawarae Hadith (Taqmeel) examination. Acceptance of charters and above all Qaumi Madrasas will play an important role in improving the quality of education. The entire process of Dawraye Hadith (Takmeel) examination from student registration to result publication will be completed through this platform. An important part of this integrated digital platform is the HEMS native Android app that incorporates several key features of the HEMS platform. Through this app, students, negrans (invigilators), and mumtahins (examiners) can login to the system and perform certain tasks according to their respective roles. Key features of this app include –
Attendance of candidates: Through HEMS app, candidates can directly take the attendance of candidates by scanning the roll number or QR code of the candidates.
Accept Negran or Invigilator Presence: Through this feature, Negran can submit his presence.
Viva Exam Mark Entry: Using this feature, the Viva Exam Mark can be directly submitted to the system from the exam hall.
Exam Mark Entry by Mumtaheen: Mumtaheen can scan the QR code and enter the number obtained in the answer sheet into the system.
