very slow app compared to others. cashback offers showing, but not receiving cashback and after 2 or 3 transaction then we are receiving cashback.

The app is not functioning properly. After I log in, if I close the app and reopen it, it crashes and nothing loads. I only see an empty page. The only way I can continue using the app is by keeping it minimized. If I fully close it, it stops working. I also followed the support team's instructions under my previous review and provided all the requested details, including device information and a screen recording. Despite sharing everything they asked for, no solution has been provided.

Worst experience. Very disappointed with the EMI process. My due date was the 2nd of the month, but a ₹500 bounce charge was applied before the day had even ended. I understand the EMI wasn't debited because my account was short by a small amount, and I accept that mistake. However, you should have waited until the due date had ended or clearly mentioned the exact auto-debit time, not just the due date.
