very slow app compared to others. Payments or any other options to check, it is taking a long time to open and showing net slow even using wifi high speed also. In some times cashback offers showing and not receiving cashback and after 2 or 3 transaction then we are receiving cashback. If given customer complaint, they are asking for cashback offer evidence and we can't take screenshot in this app. Offers conditions showing in very small letters.

Don't waste the initial amount of Rs. 500 they ask for getting the card! It's absolutely useless. To activate the card, you have to make an instore purchase with the virtual card from one of the partner stores as they have mentioned. When you go to any of the stores, either they don't have any idea about this or the card will be declined saying u r not eligible. Basically wasted money, time and making u look embarassed at the stores!

I strongly advise against using this app. The notification system is broken; instead of helpful alerts for my payments, I only receive 'junk' spam. Most importantly, the customer support is non-existent. There is no phone number to call, only a useless AI bot that can’t solve real issues. Because of these technical failures, I missed two EMI payments. Save yourself the stress and use a different service.
