I hv applied the bajaj card while purchasing my durable loan.but still not get the card as well I hv called more than 50 calls to customer care.. and the same ans will be getting from them that you will get the card within 21 working days. I really fed up with bajaj. Every customer care agent will say u the same answer tht u wil get the card soon. And I m awaiting more than 5 months
Very very very poor customer care service.no option or key mention to talk to CRE,i visited to navi mumbai branch office & executive person gave wrong information.2nd tym i visited just to ask about NOC they asked me to wait in Q along with other customer who came to pay cash of ther emi!! Totaly time waste.. bajaj finserv is very polite n good before loan taking and customer service is vanished after you take loan.
No person is available to talk on customer care.... trying to apply for EMI CARD from last 6 months. Bajaj finance office always have a big queue , don't have so much time to waste. You people really need to think about it if you wants to expand your business.
There is pre approved offers available on my account, after submitting there is no one call yet, no. provided by the BLU are not available. When try to msg on the no. given in the offer msg its getting as wrong code. If no one wants to entertain to customers then why should u sending this pre approved offers msgs n mails. Why should u providing customers their portal if u can't run it effectively
Worst customer service. Though you pay your emi's on time, no matter whether you are a new customer or customer for the past 9 years, you need to listen to their abusive language. Your card will be blocked just for paying emi on time. I will never and ever seek bajaj finserv services in my life time anymore. Very insulting, illtreating, no customer care team to answer your queries. I know even for this i will not get any response.. Worsestsestsestsest service
Worst service. No access to executives thru calls. Only way to get in touch is via email to which they take almost 5 to 6 days to respond. It appears they are deaf and dumb. They torchers their own customers for no reasons. Take a loan from bajajfinserv to feel the extreme mental and physical agony. I was about to apply for home loan but they made everything clear before hand with their conduct and I cud save my self.
