No person is available to talk on customer care.... trying to apply for EMI CARD from last 6 months. Bajaj finance office always have a big queue , don't have so much time to waste. You people really need to think about it if you wants to expand your business.
I tried 2 times for apply card but very bad confections and area km range is really annoying. I applied online with this app after giving all info proper it say not approved . No other way to apply really disjointed with bajaj . Called customer care no response. Really bad experience by my side .
Worst app, desktop ke liye loan provide nhi krva rhi, jabki maine saare documents diye h. Without any reason it rejected my loan application.
When I bought My Phone from nearest outlet they asked me whether i want to have digital phone safe insurance for my mobile or not. I Refused. But In app i see the insurance is active and i am goin to be charged for the same..after writing this concern in app query there was no help..Bad Customer service :-(
This app is not working properly. As my instalment falls in 2 of every month, but in one month on 2nd Sunday has come and my instalment cut on 3rd of that month which is not update till date in this app
It's really greatest service in my life taken LED and fridge and also personal loan...but one condition don't slip pay EMI it's very important... Good good very nice.....
