very slow app compared to others. Payments or any other options to check, it is taking a long time to open and showing net slow even using wifi high speed also. In some times cashback offers showing and not receiving cashback and after 2 or 3 transaction then we are receiving cashback. If given customer complaint, they are asking for cashback offer evidence and we can't take screenshot in this app. Offers conditions showing in very small letters.

The EMI option still doesn't work, and this application is terribl slow to open. Many options won't open; this needs to be fixed When checking the EMI details, often there appears to be nd connection (no data).Instead of placing lots of options on the screen, it would be better to make the software very simple sa users can enter each section one by one. update as soon as possible

This is seriously the worst app for taking an instant loan. I am already their customer, my CIBIL score is good, and I have no overdue payments. When I applied for a personal loan, they charged a very high interest rate, and even after completing all the paperwork, they did not respond. The app keeps showing that they will call within 24 hours, but no one ever does.If you don't give loan don't offer it. It wasting time..
