A very good and helpful app.. Double thumbs up!! But i'll happily rate it 5 stars if/when the Developer can do something with permissions required by google app, google playstore and google play services.. They ask for too many permissions.. besides, their apps consume so many MB's. :-) *sorry if i ask for too much.. But i sure hope i'm not alone.. :-)
A must for those who have no clue what their apps have access to. If you're new to Android, or have never paid attention to the permissions your apps have access to, this app is a MUST. It's extremely easy to use and understand. You'll probably find yourself deleting some apps after using this! Lol.
Priceless resource. Does what it says. Google Play only gives the bare minimum with regards to what permissions involve. This app explains in full detail the risks when an app's permissions are decidedly invasive. To those reviewers that complained what's next, what's next is now that you know what the potentially harmful apps are, and YOU decide whether to keep them or not. Thanks to this app I uninstalled a dozen spying apps and replaced them with ones with acceptable permissions. That's what's next.
It's OK but Great for non-marshmallow users. However if you do have marshmallow it is necessary to distinguish between granted and blocked permissions. And changing permissions directly from this app would be nice too. Always a five star rating for no adds !!! Even though some of my apps are listed as safe but do produce irritating and sometimes aggressive (yes) adds.
Perfect Also reveals the view network connections and full network permission - permission which is not shown when you click install. The true app permissions are buried at the end of an app page in Google Play. Kinda sneaky because apps without network access cant display ads. Not that all who have network access display ads necessarily but this way you can find with certainty apps without ads and analytics because a user deserves to know if an app contains them or not.
Great app too bad about the rest of my apps I was unimpressed to find the apps that I had already downloaded because they needed no special permissions......had special permissions attached to them somehow. Just goes to show you what a deceitful world we live in these days
