Great Functionality - lag time was minimal Suggestion: description for each transaction under accounts is way too detailed for a default setting. Makes it hard to glance over account or look if a transaction has gone through (probably what members are looking for on the app). Making the extra info an expandable option (or detail pop-up like it does now) would be more functional, IMHO.
It is so frustrating as it never open anymore! At first I liked it. Loved that you could pay and access credit card info. Loved how you could quick check balances. No w for the past couple of weeks when I click to open the app, it doesnt show th balances, just the full page logo and it does nothing else. I try to get to it through google play and have uninstalled/ installed a number of times. I need to do mobile deposit as I do not live close to the bank. It is so frustrating!!!
Mobile deposit definitely not working I was able to make mobile deposits just fine with the old app. I've been trying all day long to do so with the new app and it just will not work. I ended up having to drive to a branch after work, which I was trying to avoid having to do. Please fix this asap, it's so frustrating. The goal is to make things easier, not more difficult.
It's a good bank app. It gets 4/5 as it lacking finger print login. Message from Apple FCU 28th Step 2017: We are working to add that functionality to our app. Unfortunately we do not have an eta at this time
It Works! I don't use bill pay so it works for me. Don't know why the upgrade was needed as the old version was fine. You did do a great job in the transition. How about a little more room for the ID and Password on the login page? That might take care of some login problems others are experiencing.
The new mobile app is not an improvement I do not like this version of the android mobile app at all. There are too many details in the account view showing every transaction and makes you scroll down forever to view all recent transactions; no quick view. There is no home button. You have to hit back multiple times to exit bill pay to return to your account balances. Some of the buttons, like account tools and financial life, don't do anything. I also have frequent problems with mobile deposits. Bill pay also double paid a bill.
