Ratings and reviews

Very slow and clunky. Takes forever to load when you switch between tabs. Also frequently logs you out, so you'll need to have your library card and PIN accessible since it doesn't always save it if there's an update or if your VPN is turned on. The search results are far more difficult to navigate and the holds are not intuitive like Libby. The library website will keep you logged in to your account and is much faster to search and see results at well as reserve books and manage your holds.

Great addition to a fabulous library system. The app lost a star because of its slow load time.

A nice app idea if it actually worked properly. Just use the website.
