The content is good. The concept is good. The app is horrible. The thing will stop and there is no actual resume function - you have to start the lecture all over again. It also will not auto-play so if you are driving and listening you'll have to stop repeatedly to either restart the lecture or to get it to move on to the next lecture. It's a very bad app.

Fix this app now. Worked great for about a week, now every time I try to log in I get a message "We're sorry, an internal error has occurred. It will be fixed soon." I can still log in to my account on a web browser, but it is terrible to navigate on a phone screen. The audio content is fantastic, which makes it all the more frustrating that such great clinical pearls are stuck in this malfunctioning app. Fix it.

Lecture starts over if you have to stop part way through. Have to scroll back up to the top after completing items, such as tests, to be able to get to the next item. Completed lectures should go to the end of the playlist. I want the lectures to download to my SD card and I can't figure out how to change the download location. Feedback within the app option has been removed. Fastest I have been able to listen to lectures is 1.25x. 1.5 or 2x would be better.
