In the "identify bird" we give clues for you to use and enrich your skills observer and Logres recognize the bird that visit your garden or bird that crosses your environment using "filters" as a province, season, sizes, shapes or colors that reduce the options and help you to look at. There are also many texts with descriptions and information on the life of each species. This information is supplemented by several photographs, a map with the distribution and recording of the songs. In the "World of Birds" section you will find an introduction to the life and habits of this amazing group of feathered beings. Also data classification, problems that affect them, to protect them tasks and recommendations on how and where to observe, among other titles.
As will be used in natural environments the application does not require connection.

An Excellent app. Has a GREAT system of selecting groups of birds; English speakers can use it. Lots of data, pictures, & sounds for each species. Merlin app is very lacking in comparison. Selection system uses 18 characteristics! Can be combined! Pick criteria by pictures: size, shape, & color of bill, head, neck, legs, wings, tail, or overall; plumage patterns; group; habitat, season; etc. See Detailed descriptions; many names, even English; behaviors, habitat, conservation status; & more.

From 5* to 1*, truly a shame. It's been a great bird ID app that I've been using this in Argentina and Chile over the past 4+ years. However, I'm now installing it on a new phone and it won't work since it hasn't been updated in so long for newer versions of Android.

We used this app in Paraguay and it had all the birds we saw there, including Iguazú Falls. Some amazing birds. The app has a variety of pictures and the sounds/calls. Best bird app I've ever seen.
