The Chen Style 19 form is a short form that was developed in 1995 by Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang. It includes elements from the small and new frames, comprising 19 basic postures from the Chen style. It is extremely suitable for beginners and offers a good foundation for further progress towards the Taiji principle.
This demonstration is by Mirko Lorenz. This app contains all 19 Postures as single postures and the complete form including the chinese and english names of the of the postures.
