All good however can't view all icons at bottom of page in portrait mode. I have to rotate to landscape which is fine when you know they exist!! Tap & Pay eluded me for a while.
App is easy enough to use. Login has issues I had this on my iPhone and was good swapped to Android and play store version says fingerprint unavailable can't use security number like iOS version to login have to enter long password every time. Tried reaching installing 3 times same problem and yes.... Cleared the cache 😤
Good app, still a little clunky. I would like it to be possible to be given notifications for deposits in an account, but not have to show account balance to set up the notifications. Otherwise, solid 4/5
Tried to change card pin. Sent a secure code to my phone, received a code, but no entry box appeared for me to enter it. So I clicked send code again. Got another code but no entry box, exited, trird again. This time i got a box to enter the code, but got no new code. So I entered the most recent code, and got locked out. Angry as I was, I opened play store to write thid review, and about 2 sentences ago, the 3rd secure code came through. Pretty inconvenient. Would recommend switching banks entirely but that's simply because of the payment dishonour fees. They'll let you go to negative funds for sure, and just charge you 5 bucks. Sick of the racket. Switching banks asap.
Still no support for tap and pay on Samsung Galaxy S8 yet. No problems with any other bank app - surely it can't be that hard to fix. 5 stars when you do.
The app works well for me and I haven't had any problems with the existing features such as fingerprint login, etc. Although one stand-out complaint I have, one which is keeping this review to only 3 stars, and aside from the obvious lack of Android Pay support, is that tap and pay is only available on Samsung devices, and only some Samsung devices at that. I have a Sony Xperia X which comes installed with an NFC chip and it should be able to support tap and pay. This feature becoming open to any other phone that supports tap and pay would make the app substantially more user-friendly and useful as my friend, with the exact same phone as me, can use tap and pay on their banking app (people's choice credit union). Please try to do what you can and take this into consideration, because I'm hearing the same complaint over and over again and I believe integrating these features will help the app to receive better feedback and results.
