Awful since upgrades Used to be good, reliable and quick. Used to be able to access with a pin. Since upgrades, has been terrible. Have to key in access number & 2 other pins. Hate it now.
Sooooo sllllllllooooowwww Not sure why? My NAB phone banking works great but this is horrible! Takes so long to log in and it just responds in super slow motion once you are logged in. They need to spend some money on this to get it sorted. Btw I have the latest S6 EDGE on Telstra so the fastest phone and fastest network in the country and it is awful!!
Problems loging in Haveing huge problems loging in not just myself but my partners account also. We have checked and double checked that all details are correct and it still tells us that we are useing the wrong details. Otherwise a good app
Crap app Never actually opens... worst app i have on my phone... but one of the few i actually need. Very frustrating and has caused financial problems when i have needed to transfer funds while im out and away from a computer
Please fix slow or failed login. Since latest update app takes forever to login if you are lucky to get in. Before the update it was working great on Note4 but now totally useless on both my wifes phone and mine.
Questionable. The older version was a lot easier to work with. Currently having difficulty with codes not being sent sms or my own access being sometimes accepted, sometimes not. Rang BankSa to sort. Went thru renewing passwords etc. Told to uninstall app and reinstall if still problems. Now app been uninstalling for 30minutes?? Something isn't right.
