Mobile App Still dont get this app, update after update it is still not working. Cant even log in. Keep getting an error which tells me to try again later. Its been like that for over a month. All other banking apps i have have not given me any issues when attempting to log into my account. It is by far the most unreliable from the others i have used.
Issue with bank Transferred sufficient amount of money between accounts an hour before going grocery shopping and got declined when trying to pay for groceries. Tried 3 times and even waited 2 minutes between attempts but still got declined then checked bank account to see if money was in there and it was - and even transferred more money to be safe but still declined so tried to contact bank but with no luck so now resorting to contacting you people here to ask what is going on?
Still no Android Pay! "Oh great a new update! Finally they must be including Android Pay". No. I should stop being so optimistic. Seriously, I asked about this two months and was told the old "we're working closely with Google" blah blah blah... Give us an actual timeline of when it will be released, please. Other than that the app is okay. There's still a few bugs and overall it doesn't quite run as smoothly as I feel a banking app should. Feels dated.
App from 2010 Having used mobile banking with NAB and CommBank, the Bank SA app is about 6 years behind. Bank SA really need to have a look at the CBA app and emulate it. The Bank SA app has the functionality of an app development by a university student. Absolute joke.
Works much better now Is there any ETA on how long it will be until we can use the tap and go payment option built into our phones? Either with this app, Android Pay or Samsung Pay, as this is a feature I would like to use.
Each update makes it worse No longer allows me to see a mini transaction history through the widget. Also the widget is ugly.
