Defcon 3 Something is not working. Get your dev team to fix it soon if you value your clients. I can no longer log in (enless white screen after credentials input) and I don't think I'm alone judging by the now majority 1-star rating. Mobile apps are social norm these days, and if you can't rectify this situation, you stand to lose more than you might think. Customer for over 30 years running Galaxy S6 Edge. Edit: uninstalled/reinstalled - now working fine. Dev team needs to fix update.
Dear BankSA You really lost the plot, first you scrap the Stuart Desert Pea for that tasteless logo, then I have to update my app because it yells at me gap://rather, json, plugin manager god knows what without any further clue that you dropped support for a perfectly working (web) app overnight, so I reluctantly find that I have to update the app. Now I get those annoying "new features" views and expose your transactions and balance without requiring anyone to login, great! Why does it need Phone Serial#, SIM etc.???
Was fine.. App worked perfectly, did what I wanted. Then all of a sudden it didn't even come up with the login code/password area to actually login. So I updated the app thinking that was the problem, but alas still same problem. The stupid part is I could login to setup the quick view, so I can quick view my accounts but not actually transfer etc. Needs fixing, quick!
Doesn't work Can't log in: invalid input parameters. Have confirmed they are correct. Contacted the app support a week ago but didn't get a reply.
Worst thing ever Can't even log into my account, Banksa is possibly the worst bank ever! Take a look at the Commonwealth bank app its great!
Terrible app. Can't even log in most of the time. Will load for a solid ten minutes to come up with a white screen and "In progress..." up the top. With all the "maintenance" BankSA do, you'd think they'd take the time to build a half decent, working app. I downloaded the app so I DIDN'T have to check my account at ATMs and so I could do what I need from my phone.

• Quick Balance – you can now view up to 3 accounts without logging in.
