Ratings and reviews

both on the website and on the app, when I go to "pay my bill" I am automatically redirected to a page, and it has been one of 2 different pages. I don't know what I'm looking for, and automatically redirecting me OFF of the page I clicked on doesnt make me feel like my information is safe, and I'm trying to pay a hospital bill!

Booking my appts through the app is simple. It pre-fills all of my personal information for me. I can have an appt booked in about a minute! I love how easy it is to msg with my provider and request med refills. It also sends notifications as soon as results are available. Logging in with biometrics is the icing on the cake. Great app.

What happened??? Nothing has been updated since December 2025! It was great until then! We have had appointments and other things and not one thing has been updated and appointments aren't even showing. Nothing whatsoever is updated since December 1, 2025! It seems broken :(
