This app is "Somewhat Primitive" I've been using this app for 3 years. I feel as though new tech support should be hired. Someone may be sleeping at the wheel. I CAN pay bills on it, yet it takes 4 days. The rush payment button is not supported. The print button is not supported either, yet I can snapshot in my phone and print. This app needs updated.

I opened my account and have yet to even be able to get signed into the app. Every time I try to create my app it shuts down as soon as I try to submit the info

Can't use app anymore won't allow me to use fingerprint and then I can't sign up for face recognition or anything else.
