not able to login it says wrong credentials although i m able to login the website with same password and email ID and after i choose forgot password it says that instructions mail send to your email but it doesn't send any thing

I can log in from my PC, but can't log in from the app on my phone with the same password and email

i don't have an account and cannot login and there is no option to create a new account!?! what am I missing?
