Indigenous dairy product app is an initiative by Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University for providing information necessary for dairy processing.
This app will provide information on different Indigenous Indian recipes for dairy products like kheer,rasagola etc. The app provides information on the equipment and the processing time for each product.The app is developed as an initiative for encouraging the entrepreneurs and farmers who plan to generate profit through production and marketing of dairy products.
Indigenous dairy products app provide information on how to process dairy products. It provides information about 11 dairy products.The recipe, equipment used, ingredients and directions are given as simple as possible so that anyone can understand and follow.
The recipes covered in the first release are Burfi , Channa poda, Gulab Jamun, Ice cream, Kalkand, Kheer, Lassi, Peda, Rasagolla, Shrikhand and Yoghurt.
