sometimes app running very slow.. I think it's not about network issue it's app issue. major problem is when open the app after 8pm it's really running very slowly still problem not resolved

The app crashes on Android 14. When CMRL cancelled issuing cards for travel and insisted on using the app for booking tickets, they should ensure the app works at least, and keep it updated. As bad as the interface and the experience of using it alrea was, my money since the last recharge is stuck now. Way to go with the quality of service, CMRL!

Round trip tickets don't work during exiting from the station (using QR code scan) and fine is imposed on the traveller instead of the staff helping them out. So it's not recommended to purchase tickets using this app.
