Still have trouble getting into my info!! To be honest,I choose not to,use it. I'm just not good with using the internet and trying to get into websites and there are just some things that I choose not to do because it is just not worth the effort that I put out,just "trying"!!!!!! People saying never hurts to try,it does when you never succeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!😒😘🤗 I hope it works well for you!!!👍

Horrible experience I had told Christiana I did not have the email address on file and was advised that they would correct this matter back in November 2020 when I was told they had me in their system; unfortunately, I had to reschedule an video appointment that I scheduled three months ago, and was advised that my appointment had to be cancelled and I would need to come into the office! Which, is very upsetting.

My Patient Video Portal stopped working and won't engage. It constantly reads Bad Connection on my android and Apple devices. I updated the app, uninstalled, used different devices its been months.
