The Christiana Care Patient Portal is a free, secure online application that gives patients the ability to access portions of their Christiana Care health records including diagnostic testing results and provider notes. Patients are also able to request an appointment for a doctor’s office service, view upcoming appointments, request a prescription refill, and send a message to their healthcare provider.

Ratings and reviews

This app holds important medical information, including my appointments, bloodwork results, appointment notes, etc. I need to work this app to work ALL THE TIME. The issues I have are really just log in problems. It's infuriating. Fix that, the review stars will light up.

Vicious circle wherein when sign-in credentials are submitted, the app returns to the blank sign-in screen again. Over & over. No error message or explanation, just back to the beginning. Extremely frustrating, especially since users are trying to access medical records!

Still have trouble getting into my info!! To be honest,I choose not to,use it. I'm just not good with using the internet and trying to get into websites and there are just some things that I choose not to do because it is just not worth the effort that I put out,just "trying"!!!!!! People saying never hurts to try,it does when you never succeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!😒😘🤗 I hope it works well for you!!!👍
