Ratings and reviews

Pretty good with lots of information about your medical visits and procedures. Provider search is great, just wish I could search for providers and places that take NCHD card for services. Also, my primary care moved and is no longer my provider, but I can't take him off of my care team list. Also wish I could schedule all care appointments through the app. A "Chat Now" AI might be useful to answer questions about where to find info. Otherwise, it is a great app to view your medical history.

This is a very efficient way to communicate with my doctors office. It's much faster than calling in by phone and I like that I can access my doctors notes and visit summaries without having to request medical records. The same goes for lab and other test results. It's very user friendly and very accurate. I've even been able to manage payments and set up payment arrangements for larger balances through the app. Overall, would highly recommend.

What's the point? This "app" just links you to the actual website. I already had the website login page pinned to my homescreen, so this "app" just adds unnecessary steps to get me to the same place. I no longer receive text notifications from the website even though all of my settings are set to send me texts. I was really hoping this new "app" version would help me get notifications again.
