If you’re a patient at any of our hospitals or doctors’ offices on Long Island, you can use the Catholic Health app to manage your health from anywhere.
Log into the app with your Catholic Health MyChart username and password to:
-Find a doctor.
-Schedule and manage appointments.
-Check in to your appointment virtually.
-Request a prescription refill.
-Communicate with your care team.
-Review your test results, notes from your care team, medications, immunization history, and other health information.
-View and pay your medical bills.

If you don’t yet have a Catholic Health MyChart account, visit mychart.chsli.org to sign up for an account, or call 631-465-6100 to get an activation code.

definitely not for people used to live help. the site .Does not explain things well. like making payments only by credit card!! I hate asking a question by picking one they only have to choose from...feedback in messages, way too long..

This app may work a few times and then gets stupid and will not let you back on telling you your information is WORTHLESS, then you have to delete the app and start over again, the ALL KNOWING AT THE HELP LINE IF YOU GET TO TALK TO SOMEONE NON AI IS HOPELESS AS THEY KNOW LESS THEN AI MY answer to y'all is hire a professional to get a good website not feeling sorry for the handicap who disigned it.

great app, very convenient to keep track of your health, and test results are there quickly.
