I have the same issues others describe. After the latest update, it crashed so I uninstalled, reinstalled & it won't accept my address. I submitted a request for help and got the usual blanket response that they'll look into it. I was, however, able to go on their website and request to receive email reminders, which seem to work. It was just more convenient to receive a text notification or to get on the app to see the next scheduled dates for all services. Please fix this app.

Dropped this from 2 stars to 1 star as I now know why the app isn't providing notifications. The app constantly turns off the notifications setting on its own. I visit the app the evening before a scheduled pickup and find the notifications bar in the off position so I move it to the on position and then close the app. Then a week goes by and the night before the next scheduled pickup to find the notifications bar on the app back in the off position.

Fantastic little App. Set up a little notification (if you want) and get a minimalist alert the afternoon before your green, blue, or black cart is due to be picked up the next morning. Great for holiday sched changes etc.
