Can't log in. ClassAct changed their password criteria a few months back and ever since I've not been able to log in. Get the error message "Invalid Credentials." I can log in on their website just fine. Will update rating if addressed.
Today I was contacted by them and they informed me of the reason why I couldn't log in. Once you put your password in incorrectly multiple times, it locks you out. I appreciate the phone call and information. My only recommendation is to somehow let the patron know about the lockout. It kept saying error and I thought it was a problem with the app. I didn't know I was locked out. I am happy now to know the app is working just fine!
Cannot log in UPDATE: Class Act act contacted me, and the issue was resolved. After using the app for a little while, the app behaves very well, and I can now log in perfectly fine.
Update: still unable to use this app. They need to fix the problem as I am unable to still login. I have not been able to log in to this since I've switched phones. I have no problem accessing through the internet but the app is horrible.
The point? A friendly lady called me to work out why I previously rated the app at 1 star. After a few minutes on the phone she was able to tell me why I couldn't log in. There is an undocumented feature that if you fail to login 5 times in a row, they lock your account. Obviously for security reasons, but the best part of this undocumented feature is that the neither app nor the website will tell you when this happens, like most modern designed apps and websites. She unlocked my account and I'm all good now.
Doesn't work Literally doesn't work!!!! I put my password in and acts like it isn't the right one. I go to the website put the same and only password I've used in and it WORKS. what's going on!?!? Are you guys going to fix this!!!!!?
