Ratings and reviews

This app hasn't worked right since Nov/Dec 2021. So annoying to never be able to log in....except on the rare occasion after uninstalling and reinstalling (that's not even a guarantee). The app may as well just not exist at all. How long does it take to fix this when ppl have been commenting for months! We've been more than patient. Does make you think about changing banks. Especially this day in age....no mobile access... come on, get it together please!

I too have been plagued with the inability to log into the mobile app. However I have noticed a work-around so for all those PO'd about this app: DO NOT check the box to remember your username. This has worked for me, so even though I have to type it in each time, and the app is still a little slow to log in, I do get in and then have no issues navigating around afterwards. So, it still sucks, especially if you tend to forget your username. But this is something for now.

There is an exception to my 5 star rating. When trying to deposit a check via my phone (android), there is no way to enter a decimal point on the number ketboard, making it impossible to deposit a check without an even dollar amount on it! I have contacted CFCU about this in the past (3-6 months ago). Still has not been fixed....shouldn't be that hard for a topnotch IT team.....
