When this app works, it's great. I'm constantly having to log in to check my results. It might be a security feature, but it's so inconvenient. It crashes a lot. My of my issues relate to logging in. It just seems very unintuitive. I'd rather log in through my desktop. If I could rate it zero stars I would. QUITE POSSIBLY THE WORST, YES WORST, APP I'VE EVER USED.

Horrible app to use & no matter how many times I go on & clean up the information & tell my doctor the information is wrong it still doesn't get fixed. And other doctors rely on this information. DO NOT USE THIS. YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT SECURE. MY INFORMATION WAS BREECHED & ALL they did was send me a letter telling me about it & OFFER 1 YEAR OF FREE CREDIT MONITORING. I don't need credit monitoring, I NEED MY MEDICAL INFORMATION SECURE & CONFIDENTIAL! Doctors can't even get your info right.

Good to have, but with all the info available most fields left blank. No avenue for patients to comment on reports from medical staff.
