App is impossible to even add my name and phone. Customer service is totally useless. Instead of helping solve what should be a minor problem I keep getting emails (4 so far) from Tara (a bot or very limited human) to confirm the problem. If she would read any of my emails she'd know what the problem is. But all she does is reply asking me to confirm what the problem is instead of fixing the issue. Very close to uninstalling. An extremely frustrating experience.

Has only about thirty companies total at this time. Misses some of the big data collectors like Apple, Microsoft, and many major retail sites. For some companies the ONLY option is to toally delete your account and never use the service again to ensure that your tracked data is gone which won't be an option for many of us on Amazon, Google, and others. Have to provide full legal name, home address, AND phone number (very trackable data) in order to ask not to be tracked. Ironic. Useless.

All day long, apps are gathering detailed information about all of us. It is so refreshing to finally have an app that lets you reclaim your privacy in just a few minutes. This app makes what would be an arduous process of sending privacy requests easy and -- dare I say? -- fun. Without Permission Slip, it would be very hard for individuals to find the time to make use of these new privacy laws we have in some states. Also: it is totally free and developed by an independent nonprofit org.
