Terrible. The old app was great, simple and very easy to use. The new one seems cluttered, used to be able to simply transfer payment of any amout to loans, now there are multiple steps and if you want to make partial payments it wont let you. And when trying to type the keyboard covers everything. Not impressed.

Worst app ever. I have never written a review about an app but I have had more trouble with it than any other apps I've ever used. First I had to delete things from my phone because of the involuntary switch to another app. Now that's it's downloaded, I've reset my user name and password and it still says "We are unable to log you in right now. Try again later." Then, I tried to call both numbers listed on the website and was directed towards silence or the call was automatically cut off. I moved to Florida and have been here for years opting to keep my banking here but after this fiasco, I unfortunately may have to switch credit unions. Very very dissapointing.

This app is absolutely horrible. The previous app was decent with a couple of problems mostly related to external credit card accounts. The layout is completely different and almost unusable. The order of accounts in the list changes and most of the account descriptions run out of the allotted space making you guess what account you're actually working with. The rollout was pretty f'ed up with the old app just not working and no easy way to find the new version in the app store because I'd missed
