Seems like the login issues I am having are consistent with other Android users - app doesn't recognize my password even when I reset the password. Once I deleted the app and reinstalled it, it worked fine, so I thought maybe my phone wasn't auto-updating, but the settings were set to auto-update so I'm afraid this is an in-app issue. Representative of the CU told me it's been an ongoing android issue.

R THE DEVS PAYING ATTENTION?!?! example of how things usually go. all happening within around 3 mins. log in, click on accounts, crashes. log back in, didn't do anything, crashes after 10 secs. logs back in, crashes immediately. logs back in, clicks to do an internal transfer, after transfer completes, crashes. when I finally get to this point, IT ALWAYS CRASHES AFTER A TRANSFER. just in case...log back in to see if transaction completed correctly, but crashes immediatly. so frustrating.

Since no one is responding, hopefully this gets I.T's attention. Since the end of March, this is how one completes a transfer: 1. Login, 2. crash, 3. login, 4. hit accounts, 5. crash, 6. login, 7. hit accounts, 8. hit transfer, 9. complete transfer, 10. crash. Then login again to see if the transfer was done, repeat steps 1-4 BUT after viewing the transfer, CRASH. Extremely annoying for something that use to take 60 secs to complete. Please fix this issue. Thanks.
