Frozen App error 1040 I've been through the help desk and they cleared my account because the app was frozen and kept saying I had an error e1040, they tried resetting my account and it wouldn't work. Finally they cleared my account and said I could re-register. When I went through the process and got to verifying the micro deposits, it would say error 1040 your security answers were incorrect! So stinking frustrated!! This has been going on for over a week now. I've even tried Uninstalling the app and reinstalling.
Awful While this was a convenience at first it has been nothing short of a disaster customer service is rude and wasnt helpful at all couldnt find info on file kept insisting i was registered. Yeaup uninstall
Can't even register... When I get to the security question and answer them correctly, I keep getting message that the info does not match my account. Last 5 digits of SS, my DOB & zip code of acct. How could I possibly get these wrong?!?!? FRUSTRATING!!!
Terrible update The app functions terribly now. IE to enter the password the tap area is so small to get the keyboard to pop up it usually takes 15secs of fighting with it just to log in. The visuals are total crap compared to previous app
