Very bad app. I can't even log in and the customer service is non existent. The website as well is terrible, impossible to make a payment. I do not recommend this agency at all. If they are not able to figure out a simple app, let alone saving my life.

I'm happy I still have an old card that I can carry around that has my number and the emergency phone numbers on it. *Edited out the bit about having to log in (and have Internet) to get to your data, to satisfy the character limit of the review* Edit: on my device (Samsung s23), I need to log in again after each time the app is closed. I've not touched the logout button.

Dear Kim, thank you for your message. If you don't log out, the app will show you the card even if you don't have an internet connection. As for biometric access, we are aware that some users are still having problems logging in. Our IT team is working hard to resolve this issue. ALL ANDROID 14 USERS BEWARE AS THE APP DOES NOT WORK AND HASN'T WORKED FOR AGES. WE SHOULD ALL GET A REFUND. We have all cleared cache and reinstalled. Stop suggesting that and just fix it!!!! It used to work, but now the app will not allow me to login. I tried clearing cache etc as suggested to others. But nothing happens! I am keen to use the app instead of and actual card, but if you cannot make this work then you are failing to help us scuba divers have credentials when we need them.
