It's worth paying for but other to-do apps give more functionality before you have to pay (subtasks, reminder frequency). I bought this one because of the way this app does reminders. You can set the frequency in a lot of different ways. The only thing this app is missing is allowing reminders and frequency up to a certain day and I would like more priority options. Urgent and Normal priority are pretty binary for the way I classify my life.
Allows you to create multiple list, sync with Google task (seamlessly fast!) and the best thing is.... free widget that works!!! You have no idea how many apps I went through to finally found this one that works.... Recommend to all!! -- Updated 29/05/17 -- Now it's even better with subtask (you indent it to make it a subtask), which is really useful when doing a project :D
App's pretty great. Doesn't have that annoying reminder bug like Google Calendar (I.e. Recurring tasks have the reminder set for the new date instead of three old one). The only thing missing is showing the reminder in the notification area WITHOUT the quick task (which covers up the reminder). All in all, I'm satisfied.
04-17-2017. I periodically reinstall this app on my Chromebook hoping that it is now compatible. Nope. Very disappointing. I have found no other task app incompatible with my Chromebook. That being said, there is no other task app that works as well on my phone as Gtask. Please update to be compatible on Chromebooks!
I do not know how I lived without this app before. From Android 4 to 7, this app has been an essential part of my phone. Combined with Google Tasks in my browser, I use it for shopping lists, Task lists, and appointment reminders.
Good overall but having a glitch where the date for everything changed to a day earlier. This is not helpful! Even some which I set to recurr each Tuesday then changed themselves to a Monday.
