Ratings and reviews

No customer service at all! I mean like none. So be warned. You get no help, your on your own and there's many pitfalls setting up account. Be warned also the margin account trading is ludicrous. Extremely, overly complicated with no support. So you know, the 4x margin is sketchy, im worried about my money since i came to webull. Go to robinhood they dont have the best charting but its straight forward and the margin is easy to use. or somewhere else but i haven't used another so i cant say.

Too bad other platforms are not as easy to understand options like this one is. I absolutely love the charting system they use! The only dispute I have is that there are no alerts able to be made on the "horizontal" and "ray" lines in the tool menu. If I were able to have alerts on the lines I drew, I would have my charts looking even cleaner!!

Overall a very informative app with nice comment functionality and news for various stocks. More robust than Robinhood. However, their support is TERRIBLE. I tried transferring shares into the app and it failed, but with no information as to why it failed. After two weeks of sending messages to WeBull support (both in the app and via email), no one has responded except to tell me to send a message in the app, which I've already done. I do not recommend because their support is non-existent.
