My experience with this hasn't been the greatest so far, hence the 2* rating. I downloaded the app & made my profile, but, none of my past/future appts are showing up. It's like I'm not even a patient. I tried reaching out via phone, but an automated message said they are having issues with the phones. I tried another # listed, & it just directed me to ANOTHER # where no one answered. I also sent an email but haven't heard back. I'm hoping they'll fix the issues soon & provide better support.

It used to work. Now its a useless app because when I call to get assistance I'm told to go to their website. What's the point of having an app that no one knows anything about how to troubleshoot in IT. Customers don't want to have have to jump through hoops or screens to get to their information. That's what I'm having to do just to get info I need.

It says ive never seen anyone, cant see my appointments of any type, as if i never existed, yet i can go on patient portal and see my records
