Ratings and reviews

An excellent way to communicate with my Duke health care team. App provides me with lab results and appointment reminders. Inquiries are typically responded to in a few hours. Electronic check in for appointments and the ability to save to my calendar. My wife may also send/receive messages on my behalf. Pretty quick app response and I haven't encountered an "outage" between the app and server. No ads appear in this app. I strongly recommend this app to patients and their family caregivers.

I would like to be able to have messages go into a draft folder because I am not always able to copy all & save to clipboard. It would be nice if I could copy more than one Doctor & send the same message at one time because l want to make sure they are aware of how things are going in multiple situations or to at keast be able forward to another Doctor Thanks so much

When it says I have a message, I am unable to find it once I open the chart. Also, it is sometimes difficult to open from an email that I receive. I then have to go to my app and then can't find the info, such as for billing if I go through the app. Besides that, it's nice to see my information.

What's new

This upgrade will be required for all users to be able to log in to their Duke MyChart on the My Duke Health app. This update includes easier access to Covid-19 vaccination and testing information and other bug fixes and improvements.
